Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum term?
Not on Rate Shopper: it is a monthly subscription you cancel whenever you want. For consulting we ask for six months, because a pricing strategy cannot be judged in four weeks.
Is there a setup fee?
None on Rate Shopper. On the RMS and consulting, implementation and history loading are included in the quote.
Can I start with the rate shopper and move up later?
That is the most common path, and the one we recommend. Everything you accumulate in Rate Shopper carries over when you move to the RMS.
Are prices shown with VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT and invoiced under Spanish tax rules.
